Churros!

Christmas is over already, and here we are in January 2017.

Some people associate churros with the winter period - there's nothing like a greasy, deep fried pastry and a cup of hot chocolate to keep you warm. Although you can find them in plenty of other countries besides Spain, they're particularly popular here. As evidence, I present you with the latest addition to the square where I live - a Churrería that suddenly popped up from nowhere one day in early November. It didn't open however until the week before Christmas, but now it seems to be going strong, doing steady business despite the fact that there's already another Churrería on the other side of the square. But why walk 4 minutes for churros when you can walk 1 minute?
